Malbur Properties, LLC is a professional property investment enterprise currently handling properties in a three state region.

The company was created in 1994 by M. Burke McHugh who serves as owner and manager. Consistent reliable service to property tenants, vendors and business affiliates is central to the McHugh’s company development strategy.

Currently, Malbur Properties, LLC owns and manages five properties in Colorado, Arizona and Wyoming. They include:

• Two parcels of vacant land in Gila Bend, Arizona. Included is a 23-lot subdivision finished and planned for residential housing.
• The Peabody-Whitehead Mansion located at 1128 Grant Street, Denver, Colorado. The three -story brick mansion, registered as a National Historical Landmark, was built in 1889. It was designed by renowned architect Frank Edbrooke who also created Denver’s beloved Brown Palace hotel.
• Two buildings constructed for and currently leased to the U.S. Forest Service. The buildings are located in Morrison, Colorado and Douglas, Wyoming.
